Hi all, seperti sedia maklum aku dah kahwin 1 tahun lebih and belum dikurniakan anak. Last few month, aku ada survey beberapa klinik untuk rawatan kesuburan sebab aku rasa aku ada "problem". Memandangkan aku aku tak period masa bulan August, aku tekad nak try rawatan kesuburan dekat klinik Dr. Asmah on September.
Firstly, aku contact klinik thru whatsapp. Aku tanya procedure untuk booking appointment dengan doctor and berapa anggaran cost yang aku kena bayar. Doctor sarankan aku untuk booking sperm test untuk husband dulu. Tanpa perlu fikir banyak, aku proceed saja. Procedure untuk ambil sperm ni, kami tak boleh bersama lebih kurang 3hari and bayaran kena buat awal sebanyak RM60.00 and perlu ambil bekas untuk isi air mani juga. Btw, procedure ni kami kena buat dekat BP Lab, Butterworth, bukan buat dekat rumah ye. Lepas settle saja dekat lab, kami perlu tunggu beberapa hari sehingga klinik call untuk result consultation dan scan rahim.
After a few days, klinik pun call. Nurse minta kami datang untuk consultation. Masa hari consultation tu, doctor ada scan rahim aku juga, doctor cakap rahim semua okay, no problem and rahim cantik. Aku ada juga inform doctor yang aku tak datang period since August then doctor cakap takpe, dia akan bagi ubat untuk turunkan period dulu, lepas tu baru akan start next treatment. Lega sikit aku dengar sebab mulanya aku ingat aku ada "problem". Lepas scan, doctor cakap pasal result sperm test pula, hm. Sejujurnya, result memang tak bagus. Most of the sperm, problem. Doctor prescribe acid folic untuk husband and ubat turunkan period. Total cost untuk 1st treatment ni adalah RM250 + RM80 untuk acid folic. By the way, doctor ada offer 2 type of rawatan kesuburan yang ada, RM400+ & RM250. Aku just proceed yang RM250 dulu.
After consume ubat turunkan period, 2 hari selepas tu aku kena makan ubat kesuburan selama 4 atau 6 hari *if not mistaken* without miss and perlu on time setiap hari untuk matangkan telur. Then next step, aku perlu booking appointment untuk hari ke-12 after period habis untuk buat scan TVS. Appointment ni aku buat awal masa hari kedua aku consume ubat kesuburan tu. Cost untuk scan TVS ialah RM70. Scan TVS tak sakit pun cuma rasa uncomfortable saja. Masa scan, doctor cakap telur aku dah cukup besar untuk dipecahkan so doctor decide untuk bagi injection on the same day. Doctor sarankan untuk bersama selepas 36jam dari masa injection tu dan perlu bersama dengan husband selang sehari sehingga hari kedua 20 selepas period. Cost untuk procedure ni RM335 including scan TVS and ubat.
Early of November haritu, treatment aku failed sebab aku end up period macam biasa. So basically, treatment aku gagal, aku frustrated teruk and nangis almost 2 days. Just to inform, untuk 2nd cycle perlu tunggu sebulan and limit untuk keseluruhan treatment ni 6 cycle sahaja.

Sperm test : RM 60.00
1st treatment & consultation : RM 250.00
2nd treatment & consultation : RM335.00
Medicine : RM80.00 (acid folic for husband)
Total : RM725.00+-
p/s : Doakan aku terus kuat untuk 2nd treatment.
