Hi and Assalammualaikum, 

I have been through some breakdown and a broken heart last year as I was infected by Covid-19 on December 2021. So, I decided to stop all fertility treatment with Klinik Dr. Asmah. 

After days goes by, on the beginning of January, I had decided to start all over again with other clinic that I had survey before. For this moment, I will not reveal the clinic name. Sorry ya gais! hehe.

Firstly, aku buat appointment thru whatsapp with the clinic. Yang bestnya, before aku booked appointment lagi, klinik ni dah inform awal-awal first consultation akan buat apa, berapa cost and next consultation akan buat apa pulak. Like all the detail semua complete, so basically, aku dapatlah prepare the amount of money yang akan digunakan, right? So, takdelah terkejut beruk depan kaunter time nak bayar naantikan. 

As I mention, "I start all over again" meaning aku start balik dengan sperm test, tvs scan, ultra-sound scan. First consultation, doctor minta aku bagi tahu last 3 month punya period date sebab doctor nak kirakan cycle length and untuk tahu the exact cycle day for ovulation. Then, doctor minta untuk buat ultra-sound dulu untuk scan kedudukan rahim. After that, doctor proceed with tvs scan pula. Time ni, doctor ada detect cyst dalam ovary aku, size lebih kurang 1.3cm +- and doctor decide untuk taknak prescribe clomid sampailah cyst tu hilang. Actually masa ni luluh jugalah hati aku. Cuma doctor prescribe vitamin for sperm untuk my husband. 

and then, macam biasalah kena buat sperm test on the other day. Buat blood test as well (for me). Then, we have to wait a few days for the result. 

2nd consultation, doctor review the sperm result, the mobility has increase but the quantity still not so good. For my blood test, everything almost good but not so good, hehe. But the main part is my progesteron level sangatlah teruk which is 1.2 ng/mL. Ya of course, my eyes almost burst into tears but doctor comfort me that everything is treatable, nothing to be worry. Then, doctor proceed untuk ultra-sound untuk check cyst dekat ovary. But this time, alhamdullilah, it's gone. So, doctor terus prescribe Clomid & Metformin. By the way, Metformin bukan sebab I ada kencing manis k tapi sebab untuk treat PCOS & matangkan telur. 

But, the result still negative. I end up getting period on March. But this time, I am not giving up, I will keep continue my next cycle. FYI, clomid hanya boleh consume untuk 4 cycle sahaja.

1st Appointment : RM 225.00 (Include consultation fees, vitamin for husband, ultra-sound & tvs scan)

2nd Appointment : RM 300.00 (Sperm test & blood test)

3rd Appointment : RM 187.00 (Consultation fees, vitamin for husband, Clomid, Metformin, ultra-sound)

Total spend : RM 712.00
